In order for us to expedite your tax filing requests, we have a few forms that are helpful to you when you come in for your tax appointment. Short Organizer

This is a 4 page form that must be completed in its entirety in order to do your tax returns. Please make sure that you have all of the questions and attachments with you before meeting with our accountant.

Engagement Letter

We appreciate the opportunity of working with you and preparing your business/fiduciary income tax returns. To ensure a complete understanding between us, we are setting forth the pertinent information about the services that we propose to render through this Engagement Letter. Signing this letter helps us to prepare your federal and state income tax returns from information that you will furnish to us. You have the final responsibility for the income tax returns; and, therefore, you should review them carefully before you sign and file them. No returns are processed or looked at without your signature on this letter.
